Business-to-Business Sales
Legacy Hemp Supply is a wholesale supplier. Products are intended for lawful resale and business use. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion.

Purchasers must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and legally authorized to purchase hemp-derived products. Age verification may be required before order approval.
Product Information
While we strive for accuracy, Legacy Hemp Supply does not warrant that product descriptions, cannabinoid percentages, availability, images, or specifications are error-free.
All cannabinoid percentages are estimates and may vary by batch.
Laboratory Testing
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided when available. Customers are responsible for reviewing all testing documentation prior to resale or distribution.
Limitation of Liability
Legacy Hemp Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, resale, shipment, or possession of any products purchased through this website.
Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Hemp Supply, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from the customer’s purchase, possession, resale, marketing, distribution, or use of products.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Shipping Restrictions
Legacy Hemp Supply ships only to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are believed to be lawful. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if we determine shipment would violate applicable laws or carrier policies.
Carrier Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Legacy Hemp Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, government actions, inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier.
Returned Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or inability to deliver may be subject to restocking fees and reshipping charges.
Adult Signature
Legacy Hemp Supply reserves the right to require Adult Signature service on shipments where applicable.
Seizures and Regulatory Actions
Legacy Hemp Supply is not responsible for products seized, delayed, destroyed, or otherwise affected by law enforcement agencies, customs authorities, state regulators, or carriers after shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

Effective Date: June 2026Legacy Hemp Supply sells hemp-derived products intended only for lawful business purposes.All products offered by Legacy Hemp Supply are derived from industrial hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, transport, resale, or use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Legacy Hemp Supply makes no representations regarding the legality of any product in any specific jurisdiction. Laws and regulations change frequently and customers should consult legal counsel regarding compliance requirements.
Products sold by Legacy Hemp Supply have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

COAs & Compliance
Legacy Hemp Supply is committed to providing federally compliant hemp-derived products.
All hemp flower products are accompanied by batch-specific laboratory testing demonstrating compliance with applicable federal Delta-9 THC limits.
COAs are available upon request and through our website’s COA section.
Customers are responsible for:
